Job Description

We are looking for an experienced, skilled and passionate personal assistant who loves to help achieve results and is focused to drive success both internally with staff and externally with our clientele.

Required Daily Tasks:

  • Monitoring Director’s email and responding as required.
  • Project management and time frame monitoring.
  • Monitoring and responding to social media messages and requests.
  • Organizing travel.
  • Organizing and planning meetings.
  • Answering and making phone calls.
  • Taking notes and writing minutes during meetings.
  • Various ad hoc requests.
  • Monitoring client success and reporting on progress using our CRM system.
  • Ensuring data is accurate and up to date.
  • Ensuring A/R is within KPI target weekly.
  • Offering world class customer support, helping to resolve issues.

Required Traits:

  • Highly organized.
  • Experience in project management.
  • Experience using CRM software.
  • Great telephone manner.
  • Great communication skills when liaising by email both internally and externally.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow both with the company and career.
  • Is results driven.

You will be contracted to 37.5 hours per week and you will be located in our office here in Huddersfield.

You are hungry to learn, improve, and exponentially grow to help achieve our planned reach and revenue. You are likely to have at least 2 year experience in the same or a similar role and will have a wealth of experience in project management.
