Job Description

Your new role

This is a standalone, part time payroll position. You will be responsible for:

  • Processing payroll from start to finish
  • Dealing with auto enrolment and pensions queries
  • Processing new starter and leaver details
  • Verifying and checking payroll information to ensure all data is entered for accurate and timely payment
  • Processing P45's, P60's, SSP, SMP and SPP
  • Participate in full team meetings as appropriate
  • Deal with internal and external queries
  • To maintain strict confidentiality at all times

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Previous payroll knowledge experience is essential The ability to run a sole payroll (from start to finish) Ability to communicate with all levels of management and staff High levels of accuracy and attention to detail are vital Ability to work to tight deadlines Proven track record of working within a similar role
