Temporary Admin Assistant (Maternity Cover)

The role will include but not limited to:

  • Issuing Collateral Warranty documents for signature.
  • Updating Collateral Warranty record documents.
  • Minute Taking when required.
  • Updating monthly Board Pack information.
  • Keeping an updated record of contractor insurances.
  • Assisting with raising orders where required.
  • General admin tasks.

Experience within a similar Administration role preferred.

Full Time – Monday to Friday 8.00am to 5.00pm

Good time management Excellent communication skills Attention to detail Computer literate The ability to multi task Ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative
