Job Description

An exciting opportunity has become available for an enthusiastic Business Services Officer/Administrator who will thrive in an office based environment.
Key responsibilities
× To contribute to the effective and efficient management and progression of cases
× Providing administrative support to the local Family Court Advisors and Service Managers, including such areas as monitoring case progression
× Receiving referrals from the court or internal team
× Creating updating and closing cases within the operating system
× Saving relevant documents, sending letters and information packs to service users, following up any missing information
× Telephone and reception duties, and other general administrative support as required
× Post holders are expected to fully participate in local and corporate meetings as necessary
× The post holder may be required to travel occasionally to attend meetings, training events or undertake site visits

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
× Previous administrative experience × Demonstrate a willingness to learn × Excellent organisational and prioritising of workload × Excellent communication skills both written and verbal × Ability to work well under pressure × Confident in Microsoft packages such as excel and word
