Job Description

It's an incredibly fast paced Food environment so you need to be able to cope with this and keep in mind it's the type of place where everything needs to be done, yesterday! As the HR Coordinator, you need to be a strong character and not be afraid to roll your sleeves up and get stuck in.

Roles and Responsibilities of the HR Coordinator:

  • You will heavily be involved with the recruitment process for a variety of staff from Production Operatives, Food Packing Operatives, General Labour
  • You'll be a first line of response for staff with any Employee Related queries
  • Handling Payroll, Wage, Holidays and overtime queries.
  • Documenting and recording all relevant data for meetings
  • Dealing with absence reporting and return to works
  • General administration duties are a key part of the HR Team

What You Need to Be Considered for the HR Coordinator:

****YOU MUST have excellent English written and verbal communication - and MUST speak Polish or Romanian Fluently******


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
You need to have a proven track record previously working as an Internal Recruitment, Recruitment Resourcer, Recruitment Administrator, Recruitment Coordinator, Internal Recruitment Administrator, HR Administrator or HR Coordinator Role within a Fast-Paced Food or FMCG Manufacturing environment "Can Do Approach" Attitude Ability to work on your own and think on your feet attitude and approach Discretion and Confidentiality Excellent IT Skills specifically Excel Excellent Communication Skills at all level of a business Flexible working approach Attention to Detail Ability to Multitask and prioritise workload is essential Recruitment of large volume positions Hands on approach gets the job done
