Job Description

Your new role

This is a standalone, part time payroll position. You will be responsible for:

  • Processing payroll from start to finish
  • Dealing with auto enrolment and pensions queries
  • Processing new starter and leaver details
  • Verifying and checking payroll information to ensure all data is entered for accurate and timely payment
  • Processing P45's, P60's, SSP, SMP and SPP
  • Participate in full team meetings as appropriate
  • Deal with internal and external queries
  • To maintain strict confidentiality at all times


What you'll need to succeed

  • Previous payroll knowledge experience is essential
  • The ability to run a sole payroll (from start to finish)
  • Ability to communicate with all levels of management and staff
  • High levels of accuracy and attention to detail are vital
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines
  • Proven track record of working within a similar role

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
A 4-day work week The ability to work from home (one day per week) Free onsite parking Pension scheme.
