Job Description

As a Administrative Support you will be working in a fast paced team environment:

  • Supporting team with all areas of administration
  • Managing documentation and logs as and when required
  • Organising and scheduling meetings
  • Working closely with key members of the team
  • Taking confidential minutes
  • Assist in the preparation of reports
  • Writing and issuing emails

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Excellent computer and administration skills with a high level of attention to detail Proven ability to organise and prioritise a varied workload whilst maintaining deadlines Able to communicate professionally with Proven admin or assistant experience Knowledge of office management systems and procedures Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work Attention to detail and problem solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational and planning skills Proficient in MS Office
