Supported by a HR Administrator, with a company headcount of c180, the role will be responsible for all areas of HR including recruitment, employee relations, restructures, learning and development and performance management. There will also be responsibility for governance, risk and compliance. More importantly, the successful candidate should demonstrate a strong aptitude for engagement, talent management, succession planning and retention to ensure employees and their performance is maximised.
The role will work with a diverse and interesting work force, initially based from home with flexibility to go to the Leeds and Dewsbury. You should be values driven and be confident and credible to deal with all levels of staff and management.
