Job Description

. The role will also ensure the business is compliant with all related employment law, as well as ensuring the HR priorities are aligned to the business goals.

Supported by a HR Administrator, with a company headcount of c180, the role will be responsible for all areas of HR including recruitment, employee relations, restructures, learning and development and performance management. There will also be responsibility for governance, risk and compliance. More importantly, the successful candidate should demonstrate a strong aptitude for engagement, talent management, succession planning and retention to ensure employees and their performance is maximised.
The role will work with a diverse and interesting work force, initially based from home with flexibility to go to the Leeds and Dewsbury. You should be values driven and be confident and credible to deal with all levels of staff and management.


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
* Ideally level 5/7 CIPD Qualified and able to demonstrate continuing professional development * A minimum of 5 years' HR Advisor/HR Business Partner experience * Proven experience of operating commercially in a not for profit environment * Excellent knowledge of employment legislation and best practice * IT and HR Administration literate
