Deal with Ad Hoc client and colleague requests.
To provide word processing support as required.
Maintain functional email boxes

Assist with technical queries, provide email, phone and live chat support

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Word processing and database skills using Microsoft Office. Knowledge and understanding of the processes, systems and operations of the department in which the role is located; Ability to prioritise own workload and meet deadlines with support where required; Ability to communicate clearly and concisely with people at all levels both internally and externally through multiple communication channels such as phone and email. Ability to learn new skills Determination to develop and enhance Ability to work as a team and individually. Able to work under pressure Able to contribute to team and business goals Desirable Skills Knowledge and understanding of the organisation and its departments; Previous experience with SSCL and knowledge of SLA's and process. Excellent Excel skills. Understanding of Oracle ERP and Dataload.
