You will utilise your excellent organisational skills to create and implement solutions and also report on the efficiency of the service via meaningful KPI's and SLA's. You will be the first point of contact for the 3rdparty supplier, the depot network and deal with incoming issues via Sales / Customer Services Team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide the costs of the collection to the field and Internal Sales Team via an internal costing tool
Plan effective routes
Communicate and manage 3rdParty Carriers / Depots to arrange new collections plus any additional / ad hoc collections
Communicating with Field and Internal Sales Teams confirming bookings
Dealing with enquiries / escalations from the wider business
Checking weekly invoices and challenge any discrepancies
Ensuring all customers / escalations / claims are logged and up to date
Working effectively with the depots to ensure that drivers are working towards schedule and meeting targets
Provide feedback to Internal Sales Teams with any package / collection issues
Assist Van Collection Team Leader to produce meaningful KPI's and weekly reporting
Regularly review current collections for any cost savings
Respond to all incidents in a timely manner
Taking a dealing with calls from Clients / Customers for queries with suppliers
