Our client is open to hiring either a fully qualified accountant with Industry or Practice experience as well as someone who is part qualified with Industry or Practice experience. Should you be studying, our client is happy to provide study support too!
You would be responsible for:
Managing a varied portfolio of clients
Accounts preparation for sole traders/ ltd companies
Completion of the year end accounts
Producing self-assessment tax returns
VAT returns
Management accounts
Liaising with clients via telephone
Assisting with the development of the business
Varied duties as required by senior management
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Must be either full or part qualified Experience of working in practise is desirable however not necessary if you had previous experience of working in industry Strong Excel knowledge Excellent communication skills both verbal and written Organised and dedicated with an eye for detail
