This role will support the HR manager and act as a 'number 2', assisting with managing the team and being responsible for operational support of the HR function.
Duties will include:
* Taking the lead of all Employee relations, overseeing the HR officer and being the point of contact for any escalations
* Stakeholder management
* Business partnering with a range of different business areas, forming relationships and providing sound advice on a variety of cases
* Working on a range of HR projects
* Supporting with any change initiatives across the organisation including restructures and redundancies
