Your new role
You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to internal and external customers in relation to all recruitment processes and ensure that policies and procedures are being followed and provide routine advice and guidance on those policies.You will manage own workload via cases which will be assigned by your team manager and carry out requested activities according to the agreed processes and guidance. You will undertake general administrative duties including filing, telephone work, document and post handling and recording and arranging meetings. You will undertake any other general duties as and when required.
What you'll get in return
You will be paid £11.28 per hour and work 37 hours per week Monday to Friday. This is a temporary role initially for 12 weeks with possible extension. Working hours for this role are 08:30 - 16:30 Monday to Friday due to service needs. The organisation is based in Cardiff so you must be able to attend site if required, but most of the role will be carried out remotely.
