Job Description

Your new role
As a Recruitment Manager, you will work in a small customer facing team and deliver a comprehensive recruitment service for external recruitment campaigns for temporary roles. You will be required to work with various HR teams across the organisation to ensure the resourcing approach being delivered continues to meet the needs of the organisation and is compliant with the organisations regulations and employment law. You will provide a high quality customer service whilst dealing with line managers across the organisation in order to meet their resourcing requirements in an efficient and timely manner. You will work on internal recruitment and CRM systems, be responsible for collating data from the recruitment process and be responsible for line managing other team members.

What you'll get in return
You will be paid £16.85 per hour and work 37 hours per week Monday to Friday. This is a temporary role for initially 3 months with the potential of extension. The organisation is based in Cardiff so you must be able to attend site if needed but most of the role will be worked remotely.

 


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
You will possess recent experience of working in a Recruitment Manager or HR Recruitment role. You will have line management experience. You will possess excellent communication skills, written and verbal. You will be a fast learner and comfortable with working in a high paced environment. Great attention to detail and problem solving skills. Competent in IT.
