Job Description

Your new role
You will support the Recruitment Manager in delivering a comprehensive recruitment service for temporary roles. You will manage large volumes of applications through the online recruitment system and communicate with candidates via the same means. You will provide a high quality service to line managers and candidates, you will deal with any complex queries or issues as they arise. You will undertake any other general duties as and when required.

What you'll get in return
You will be paid £13.79 per hour and work 37 hours per week Monday to Friday. This is a temporary post for initially 12 weeks with potential extension. The organisation is based in Cardiff so you must be able to attend an office if required, but, most of the work will be carried out remotely.


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
You will need to have experience of working in Recruitment or HR. You will possess excellent communication skills, written and verbal. You will be competent in IT including Microsoft Office. You will have great attention to detail to ensure due process and compliance. You will possess the ability to effectively organise and prioritise work to meet customer work.
