The Hub provides a dedicated point of contact for support, advice, guidance, best practice, and education to ESR Self Service users for a range of activities including (but not restricted to) how to use the ESR Self Service Portal, booking absence, using appraisals to manage PADR's and revalidation, updating personal information, booking training, accessing e-learning and managing compliance.
For managers, support will include how to manage absence, appraisals, compliance, amending assignment information and how to use ESR Business Intelligence to manage the team or service.
