Your new role
Your new role is a newly created position and will be a crucial hire for the business as they continue to grow.

You will report directly to the MD and have responsibility for a small finance team. This is a broad role which will suit someone with some operational experience as well as finance.

Responsibilities to include;

• Lead and develop the on site finance team
• Provision of accurate and timely monthly management accounts
• Reporting to group
• Ensuring a robust financial controls framework is in place
• Statutory accounting
• Act as a business partner to the MD on all finance related matters

What you'll get in return
A salary of £45,000 to £55,000 dependant on experience, free on site parking and a competitive list of wider benefits.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

This role will suit a candidate who is fully qualified and has managed some staff in a previous role. In terms of level of experience we are open, you may be an accountant who is on the upward trajectory with 3 years experience and looking to step into a larger role, or you may be someone who has operated at this level before seeking a new challenge. You`ll be required to "muck in" when required so you`ll be an accountant who is hands on in their approach.
