This is what you'll be doing:

Our client based in Bridgend are currently looking for an Accountant to join their team. This is an exciting business who really put their clients experience first. This role is due to growth and offers plenty of scope for progression.

• Preparation of year end accounts
• Preparation of management accounts
• VAT returns
• TAX returns
• Overseeing the work for circa 250 clients
• Mentoring and checking the work for a junior team member
• Handling client queries via phone and email and giving advice where necessary

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

AAT qualified or studying toward ACCA / ACA Strong communication skills Driven to deliver an outstanding customer experience Ability to juggle a varied and busy workload Desire to support and mentor other team members
