Job Description

They are seeking a technically competent ACCA/ACA Qualified Financial Accountant for an initial 6-12 month contract.

Key areas of responsibility will include:

• Completion of statutory financial statements for 2 sites and group consolidation

• Preparation of year end accounts

• Co-ordinating the completion of the annual audit and liaising with the external auditors

• Cashflow reporting and forecasting

• Tax management including liaising with external advisors

• Drive compliance with current accounting standards for IFRS 16

• Assisting FD & FC with overseeing man accts and various projects

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

ACCA/ ACA Qualified Accountant with a hands on approach Technically strong including IFRS reporting standards Experienced with consolidated financial statement preparation for group companies Flexibility and ability to thrive in a fast paced ever changing environment Strong communication skills Strong IT skills including Microsoft Excel - pivot tables, v lookups
