* Complete financial reports.
* Providing financial advice.
* Management of financial systems and budgets.
* Undertaking financial audits.
* Ability to lead an HMRC Tax investigation.
* Undertaking SEIS claims.
* Understanding R&D claims.
* Proficient in Xero.
* Experience of drafting business plans.
* Completing VAT returns.
* Advising clients on tax planning.
* Maintaining records, preparing accounts and management information.
* Advising clients on areas of business improvement or dealing with insolvency.
* Detecting and preventing fraud.
* Managing and guiding junior colleagues and trainees.
Skills and experience:
* The ideal candidate must demonstrate sufficient accountancy practice experience and must be either ACA/ACCA qualified or equivalent
