Job Description

As the Audit Manager you will be a Chartered Accountant with a keen eye for compliance work, you will be a strong team player but work well alone. You will be highly motivated and a committed individual, with the confidence and the drive to achieve results whilst bringing energy and enthusiasm to your team

About the role:

  • Obtain audit evidence and ensure audit files have relevant and sufficient documentation 
  • Support and mentor the wider team, coaching and assisting juniors 
  • Prepare analysis of accounting data from client’s books and records
  • Active engage with clients, building relationships to ensure the audit process runs efficiently
  • Work well within a fast-paced environment, to strict deadlines and within budget
  • Planning, execution, and finalisation of the audit assignment
  • Ability to identify and understand client needs, with creativity to provide solutions to client challenges

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
ACA or ACCA qualified Previous experience operating at manager level, supervisor or acting Previous experience working directly with the client Proven track record of producing high quality audits Previous experience I a similar role within a practice
