My client is a professional and friendly law firm specializing in Personal Injury and other areas of Law. Specializing in Personal Injury, Holiday Sickness, Cavity Wall & Disrepair and Medical Negligence; My Clients team of skilled individuals strive to bring justice to those injured in accidents

Job duties and responsibilities:

· Answering Telephones

· Use of Microsoft Office

· Flynet Systems

· Emails

· Setting Up new Claims

· New Instructions to outsource companies

· Post Duties

· Drafting Documents

You are required to spend a minimum of 7 hours per week in training that supports your apprenticeship course


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Working knowledge of relevant systems, equipment, processes and procedures. Competent in a range of IT systems and software. Ability to work with others to achieve objectives and provide excellent customer service. Ability to communicate clearly orally and in writing. Accuracy and ability to priorities and organize own workload.
