Job Description
  • On a daily basis you’ll be responsible for updating various spreadsheets including valuation and stock reports, planning sheets and critical path
  • Weekly reporting on orders and sales
  • You’ll request quotes for air freight, take & distribute minutes and update new launch items
  • There are a number of different IT systems, so you must be tech savvy
  • Being an important member of the Merchandising Team, you’ll support them with a number of administrative duties including purchase ordering and updating invoices against goods shipped

Experience:

  • Merchandising / Supply Chain: 1 year (Required)
  • Intermediate MS Excel: 1 year (Required)

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
First and foremost, you’ll have previously worked within a merchandising or buying team and have a really good understanding of the various processes and reporting that will need to be carried out as part of your role. You’ll have intermediate to advanced MS Excel skills and have the ability to perform VLookups and Pivot Tables. It’s essential that you are a team player – everyone mucks in here. You must be forward thinking, hard-working and adaptable to change Ideally, you’ll be available at short notice.
