Job Description

The Medical HR Team provides a comprehensive and effective Medical HR advisory service to the Trusts Managers and Medical Workforce. The successful candidates will join our successful team supporting the Organization to deliver safe and effective care to our patients through managing Junior Doctor Rotations across a variety of different specialties and professions

The individual will possess excellent interpersonal skills and have the proven organizational skills required to work in a fast paced and challenging environment. The individual will need to be comfortable in their ability to communicate with all levels of staff, both verbally in and writing and be resilient, customer focused and flexible to join the team so that we can continue to meet the demand that exists for the Medical HR service.

We are looking for individuals with strong IT skills and the ability to manage the expectations of both our managers, Doctors and external stakeholders. You will need to adapt a flexible approach to your work, changing priorities at a moment’s notice. You will need to have a good knowledge of medical T&C`s, Junior Doctor rotations, ESR and Allocate systems and experience of sickness absence recording however training will be provided to the right candidate who has a willingness to learn and demonstrate and understanding for the role.

The position is working full time, 37.5 hours per week but there is an opportunity for flexible working and part time hours will be considered. Office hours are open from 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday.
