To begin with this will be a hands on Financial Controller position and would suit someone with an SME background ideally within either hospitality or property management sectors. (Due consideration will be given to strong applicants outside of these sectors). You will provide finance provision for 10 business units and additional ones as the business continues to grow, growing the finance team accordingly.
Key duties will include:
Maintenance and development of accounting records for your division
Maintaining a robust system of processes and controls ensuring this is complied with
Prepare timely and accurate monthly management accounts and KPI reporting pack
Prepare weekly sales and KPI reporting
Lead the annual budgeting process for the division
Prepare weekly/monthly cash flow forecasts
Oversight of credit control function
Processing of payroll and PAYE returns
Preparation of annual statutory accounts
Primary point of contact for audit
