Job Description

Due to growth and profit increase this global organisation are now recruiting for additional headcount.

Business Administrator

This full time role (flexible start times) requires you to be hardworking, motivated and energetic with some experience of working within an office. This role is a trainee position that will give you exposure to administration duties including:

  • Drafting letters, filing, photocopying, binding and scanning
  • Responsible for the Business Reception - meet and greet visitors
  • Setting up meeting rooms, organising refreshments and in house catering - own car and driving license is needed!
  • Running general errands for Managers - office supplies
  • Support the HR and facilities team with administration
  • Postal duties morning and afternoon
