Job Description

This excellent opportunity will work closely with the Group CFO and be a highly visible and influential leader across many facets of the business.

Key deliverables will be to lead a high performing finance team and ensure a robust controls environment is maintained, however the value they will bring will extend way beyond the finance function.

THE JOB

The main responsibilities of this role will include:

• Management of a talented finance department
• Preparation of product margin analysis reports to the board and investors
• Manage 3rd party banking relationships, including managing the business' financing arrangements
• Ownership of the annual statutory financial statement preparation under IFRS
• Play a lead role in potential M&A activity including Due Diligence
• Adhering to robust working capital management processes, and managing key stakeholder relationships outside of finance to closely monitor cash position
• Acting as one of the key stakeholders for technical accounting matters
• Management of Investor Relations procedures

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Qualified Accountant (ideally Top 10 ACA Qualified) with significant post-qualified experience Must have strong management experience within a large scale business environment Able to operate within a fast paced culture where high standards are the norm Must be able to present and articulate high level financial information to board and investor level
