The position will provide support and training to a team of administrators along with supporting management with month end and financial planning.
Responsibilities and duties
Understand and deliver customer needs while building relationships internally and externally
Deal with internal and external customers communication
Understand procedures and processes and operate them to the required standard, encouraging best practice
Ability to understand and influence contracts profit report
Assist with month and year ends
Coach and support others with financial queries
Achieve results within agreed time lines, budgets and quality restraints
Continually drive improvement and perform with an understanding of business requirements
Organise and team monthly team meetings with administration team
Complete any adhoc duties as requested
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Part qualified accountant ACCA, CIMA, ACA (essential) 3 year's experience of working in a management role Previous experience of working within a financial / accountancy role Knowledge of working within a facilities management company would be an advantage Commitment to continue improvement Excellent time management skills Strong customer service focus High levels of communication Strong IT skills
