Job Description

The position will provide support and training to a team of administrators along with supporting management with month end and financial planning.

Responsibilities and duties

  • Understand and deliver customer needs while building relationships internally and externally
  • Deal with internal and external customers communication
  • Understand procedures and processes and operate them to the required standard, encouraging best practice
  • Ability to understand and influence contracts profit report
  • Assist with month and year ends
  • Coach and support others with financial queries
  • Achieve results within agreed time lines, budgets and quality restraints
  • Continually drive improvement and perform with an understanding of business requirements
  • Organise and team monthly team meetings with administration team
  • Complete any adhoc duties as requested

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Part qualified accountant ACCA, CIMA, ACA (essential) 3 year's experience of working in a management role Previous experience of working within a financial / accountancy role Knowledge of working within a facilities management company would be an advantage Commitment to continue improvement Excellent time management skills Strong customer service focus High levels of communication Strong IT skills
