Senior Accountant Position Overview
Handling and supporting a portfolio of clients in a very varied role
Preparation of statutory Accounts for sole traders, partnerships and limited companies
Training of junior Accountants staff while reviewing their work
Provides support to the Practice Manager and Accounts Manager on a daily basis
Preparing business and personal tax returns
Takes responsibility for workflow to ensure turnaround targets met

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Previous experience in practice is essential Previous experience with Cloud Accountancy software would be advantageous Accountancy qualifications such as ACCA, ACA, ICAEW, ATT, or AAT would be beneficial Candidate should be within a commutable distance to Northampton
