Job Description
The Assessment Development Team develop and maintain assessment materials used to deliver Professional exams, the tests of competence, and the re validation assessment. The team also build the assessments before handing them over to teams who deliver them.
The Assessment Administrator leads on or supports other team members with running meetings, events and assessments, helps build the bank of assessment materials, and supports the clients associates.
Main responsibilities
To provide administrative support to the team, including:
- Adding new assessment material to our databases, and editing/updating existing material
- Building assessments and supporting the quality assurance of these
- Completing processes generated by our events (including generating and sending candidate results, and reviewing any feedback on our assessment material)
- Reviewing and processing any feedback on our material
- Supporting procurement and finance processes
- Supporting project and continuous improvement work
- To support the team in delivering meetings and assessment events, including:
- Preparing for events (including scheduling, advertising, recruiting, prepping materials to be used, setting up equipment on the day and arranging catering)
- Lead on supporting specific events (including delivering briefing presentations, providing administrative support during the day, and being first point of contact for attendees)
