My client is a leading global manufacturer in their field, currently undergoing an extended period of expansion. They have 2 opportunities to join their established internal sales team as a Sales Administrator. The focus and objective of the role will be to support the customer support department acting as the interface between their manufacturing plant and the client. You will handle incoming emails and calls from new and existing global clients, understanding their needs before producing quotes and processing orders on the system.
You will be the go between with the manufacturing plant and have to produce job sheets once orders have been placed. In addition you will take on customer service duties and liaise with key external stakeholders to ensure delivery of orders
The ideal candidate will have client facing experience and experience of producing quotes, processing orders and will be a problem solver.
