Job Description

My client is a leading global manufacturer in their field, currently undergoing an extended period of expansion. They have 2 opportunities to join their established internal sales team as a Sales Administrator. The focus and objective of the role will be to support the customer support department acting as the interface between their manufacturing plant and the client. You will handle incoming emails and calls from new and existing global clients, understanding their needs before producing quotes and processing orders on the system.

You will be the go between with the manufacturing plant and have to produce job sheets once orders have been placed. In addition you will take on customer service duties and liaise with key external stakeholders to ensure delivery of orders

The ideal candidate will have client facing experience and experience of producing quotes, processing orders and will be a problem solver.

Duties of the role

  • Providing help and assistance to customers on products and services.
  • Organizing production and dispatch.
  • Communicating with customers with telephone and email.
  • Processing orders.
  • Producing job sheets.
  • Collating paperwork.
  • Liaising with key internal and external stakeholders.
  • Producing quotes and chasing quotes for new business.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Previous experience in a similar role is desirable – Sales Admin, Customer Support Advisor, Internal Sales, Sales Support, Sales Coordinator. Previous experience working in a manufacturing, fabrication or production based company would be advantageous. Fluent language speaking skills in Italian or German would be advantageous. Excellent communication skills.
