Our new customer support administrator will communicate with customers, resolve issues, process returns and perform general administration tasks to a high standard.
Key responsibilities:
Answering customer queries and resolving issues by email, phone, social media and live messaging services
Performing administrative tasks
Processing returns
Maintaining Classic Football Shirts’ reputation as a provider of world-class customer service
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Adept at solving problems calmly and efficiently. A fast learner, with a passion for accuracy and organization. Comfortable working individually and as part of a team. Punctual, flexible and reliable. Willing to go the extra mile. Someone who asks questions but is able to use their initiative when needed. Ability to empathize and advise our customers. Desirable but not essential: Someone who possesses a basic knowledge of football’s teams and brands.
