You will work with the Operational team to provide planning and administrative management support to the and will work as a member of the team to assist in the following tasks and responsibilities:
Engaging with colleagues and external stakeholders over the telephone.
Raising orders appropriately, you will be responsible for raising the appropriate certification for each property.
Develop close working relationships with the Repairs & Maintenance Supervisor and external housing organizations to ensure a smooth transaction throughout the entire process.
Ensuring paperwork is in order and jobs are coded correctly and reporting on profit percentages to management.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Ability to investigate, evaluate and respond to situations quickly. Experience within Social Housing Sector. Good IT knowledge Competent knowledge of Microsoft software General knowledge of the construction industry Organizational skills necessary to manage and organize own workload. The ability to communicate effectively at levels commensurate with role, both verbally and in writing. The ability to respond to changing priorities in order to meet deadlines.
