We are looking for a reliable, efficient and friendly Customer Service Advisor/Office Administrator to work as part of a close-knit team within a fast-paced office environment at our North West Regional Office in Denton, Manchester.
The successful candidate will assist new customers with sales enquiries and provide support for customers who have issues with existing products.
Office duties will include answering telephones, keyboard data entry and serving customers face to face.

Responsibilities
· Strive to provide good customer service at all times.
· Work efficiently as part of a team
· Co-operate effectively and efficiently with colleagues and other departments
· Co-ordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
· Manage and book appointments for estimators, installers and support teams to visit customers
· Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail)
· Data entry of customer orders and appointments
· Assist colleagues whenever necessary
· Learn product knowledge of Home fair products & services and effectively communicate these to customers
· Calculate prices and packages of Home fair products & services
· Process card payments and complete customer order paperwork.
Hours
· Hours will be 8.30am to 5.00pm, Monday to Friday plus every other Saturday 9.00am to 2.00pm
