You will play an integral part of the team by ensuring that all client information is accurate and up-to-date. You will be proactive in your approach and will be expected to contact clients who have instructed us to support in their conveyancing process in order to verify all personal details. You will keep the customer experience in the forefront of your mind and demonstrate exceptional customer service skills throughout your interaction.
Key Responsibilities
Contacting clients directly to verify their personal details via telephone and email.
Ensure all legal files are set up correctly.
Manage both email and inbound telephone enquiries in a timely manner.
Ensure all client details are up-to-date and recorded accurately in-line with compliance.
Use of case management system to process client instructions.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Outstanding customer service skills including both written and verbal. Solid IT skills enabling competent use of a case management system. Good organizational skills with a keen eye for detail. Eagerness to learn about all aspects of conveyancing. Excellent team player who collaborates effectively with others.
