Job Description

Key duties include:

· Perform daily cycle counting in both bulk and picking using the Warehouse Management System.

· Ensuring replenishment is done and pick BINs are always topped up.

· Manage control measures to ensure mistakes, inaccuracies and discrepancies are highlighted, addressed, and resolved.

· Reconciling Warehouse Management System to Netsuite.

· To develop and implement procedures and continuously review to ensure best practise.

· To help and support senior management with any issues, queries or concerns surrounding the Warehouse Stock.

· Working with supply team to manage stock rotation, obsolete and damaged stock.

· Provide statistic reports highlighting errors and suggesting methods of improvement.

· Following Standard Operating Procedures within the Warehouse.

· To assist the management team in any ad hoc projects as and when required.

· To help Champion Health and Safety, adhering to all policies and procedures.

Person Specification

The Stock controller / PIC Person must possess the following:

• A graduate with a relevant degree or 2 years’ experience within a similar working role
• Experienced user of computer systems, particularly warehouse management systems
• Expert PC skills (MS Word, Excel, E-mail)
• Understanding of FMCG operations and how stock management affects customer experience
• Planning skills – able to develop and execute own plans and effectively prioritise workload in order to meet set deadlines
• Be proactive and able to make decisions
• To work accurately under pressure
• Strong communication and written skills are essential to this role
