Job Description

Role & Responsibilities:

· Deliver an excellent customer journey

· Liaising with borrowers, lenders and solicitors

· General administrative tasks

· Accurately input mortgage information / data and ensure that the correct supporting documents are requested during the application process

· Ensuring the correct documentation is in place, checking mortgage offers, chasing redemption statements and any other third parties

· Manage own pipeline of mortgage applications, ensuring they complete accurately and efficiently

· Ensure your diary is kept up-to-date

Benefits:

· £18,000 - £20,000 basic salary based on experience (negotiable)

Experience:

  • Mortgage or Secured Loan: 1 year (Required)

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Demonstrate a proven track record of hitting targets · 1 years’ experience working in the financial services industry · Self-motivated and able to work autonomously or as part of a team · Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work under pressure · Able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing · Pro-active thought process and career motivated.
