Job Description

The role is full time

Experience:

  • Administration: 3 years (Required)
  • Conveyancing: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Customer Service: 3 years (Required)
  • Estate agency: 1 year (Preferred)

Location:

  • Manchester, Greater Manchester (Preferred)

Administrative Duties:

  • Scheduling
  • Carrying out requests from management as needed
  • Maintaining stock and ordering supplies
  • Answering emails and sorting post
  • Answering phone calls and transferring them as necessary

Financial Duties:

  • Processing payments
  • Purchasing

Work remotely:

  • No

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Minimum 3 years of experience in the same role. MUST understand the conveyancing process. Experience working in a law firm is highly desirable. An excellent communicator of the English language and rapport builder. Good organization and written skills and must be IT literate.
