Job Description

Working from our Ashton site, your valuable experience in export and stock control as well as your excellent organization and communication skills will support you with providing a proactive, effective and professional service to our customers. Your ability to work as part of a team which is constantly developing to adapt to the changes in Export regulations around the world will assist you in your daily tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Inputting Sales orders on to SAP
  • Creating Pre-Cert Applications for export containers
  • Allocating and Dispatching stock
  • Communicating with external Cold stores
  • Site visits to external Cold stores and other Tulip sites
  • Booking Sea Freight for export containers around the world
  • Collating paperwork for Customs clearance
  • Coordinating stock movements between Cold stores using STO and IMO
  • Communicating with Vets to ensure all legal paperwork is 100% accurate
  • Internal communication with other departments, E.g. Finance / Technical / Logistics
  • Communication with customers via phone and email
  • Stock reconciliation
  • Raising invoices / credit notes / return to stock
  • Arranging UK and EU trailers when required
  • Weekly planning of Export schedule across the external Cold stores

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
The successful candidate will have loads of energy and relish a varied and busy workload. Have experience in SAP, Excel and have previous export experience. We are looking for a team player who can work independently when required and show rea adaptability.
