We are looking for an organized and motivated individual to help us with the day to day running of the company.
The main duties include:
- Receptionist
- General Office Administration and Office Accounts
- Answering Call/emails and Dealing with the Queries
- Raising Sales invoices
- Book Keeping and knowledge of Xero or some other accounting software (Xero training can be provided)
- Reconciling customer receipts.
Working hours/days (Monday-Friday) can be flexible but 16 hours p/w would be preferable, these hours may increase due to the company expanding.
