Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities include:

- Managing all daily running’s of an office including ordering, cash handling and general cleaning duties

- Opening, sorting and administrating correspondence including emails and letters, handling incoming and outgoing calls and managing appropriately.

- General admin duties including filing, data entry and upkeep of company records including staff holidays and sickness records

- Placing orders and taking orders through the entire process from receipt to processing for warehouse, billing/invoicing and after-sales calls and requests

- Ensuring that health and safety policies are up to date and followed by staff

- Maintains office staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees and also coaching, counselling, and disciplining employees, and appraising job results

- Handling client invoices by recording and approving or denying the payments

- Using a range of software, including email, spreadsheets and databases, to ensure the efficient running of the office

Answering general emails and postal correspondence with customers and suppliers

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team in order to adhere to deadlines - Outstanding organizational and time management skills with the ability to multi-task and priorities - Relevant experience within the food industry/ strong understanding of marketing (inc Social Media) to develop sales growth - Possess excellent communication skills to be able to communicate product information clearly and concisely - Highly organized with good route planning and time management skills. - Excellent interpersonal, IT, organizational and time management skills and have the ability to deal with conflicting priorities.
