Job Description

Our client is seeking either Qualified & Part Qualified candidates for this role, who can demonstrate practical experience in the following areas:

• Treasury & Foreign Exchange exposure
• Revenue and forecasting
• Process Improvement
• VAT Reporting
• Journals/balance sheets
• Month end process

Your role as a Senior Accountant will be responsible for driving process improvements, in order to ensure that the month end close is completed in a timely and accurate manner. You will manage intercompany transactions, revenue recognition, VAT, Intrastrat reporting, bank payments and allocations. The Senior Accountant will perform controls relating to the journal, carry out balance sheet reconciliations, project accounting and overheads analysis.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Candidates applying will have completed or close to completing their ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualification. You will demonstrate experience working within a corporate finance team, responsible for period end close. Successful applicants will have a strong intercompany accounting experience, with the ability to work to strict deadlines.
