This role requires a special individual that is very personable but also with tremendous attention to detail.
You will be managing workflow, client relationships and our team of accounts assistants. Your technical knowledge will be excellent, and you will be able to communicate clearly and openly to the team, clients and prospects.
To succeed you will be a rare individual that is able to deal with a fast moving and changing business but has the presence of mind to perform highly detailed work under time pressure. You will be willing to grow, exceptionally polite and discreet. You will be an open and honest communicator and able to ask difficult questions.
You will be highly systems and process oriented with a positive “Can Do” attitude and as the role requires high levels of working independently you will be self-motivated and happy to work alone and unsupervised for some of the time. You will also be confident working on your own at client’s premises.
You will be client service oriented – the type of individual that genuinely wants to make a difference for their clients. You will be both task and people focused and be willing to undertake a wide variety of tasks and responsibilities. You will be expected to be responsible in your role and take accountability for your actions and decisions, being prepared to learn from your mistakes.
You will have high levels of initiative and self-motivation and be the kind of person that drives others to ‘make it happen’. The environment is highly entrepreneurial and as such direction and strategy does occasionally change to meet demand. Therefore, you will be a flexible, non-political personality that wants to be part of a growing and thriving successful operation.
