Job Description

The position will involve working in collaboration with a team of Financial Advisers, providing strong administrative support including diary and appointment management as well as dealing with customers. You will ensure that you are providing a consistently high level of support.

Responsibilities

  • To support Financial Advisers with administrative duties.
  • You will obtain information, quotes and product details, and provide comparisons for analysis.
  • You will prepare associated accompanying documentation as required. This will include the pre-completion of documentation ready for clients to check and sign.
  • Processing client transactions and enquiries accurately and in a timely manner and per agreed service levels.
  • Proactive assistance and resolution of client enquiries, adhering to relevant timescales and processing guidelines
  • Maintaining a thorough knowledge of individual and departmental responsibilities
  • Support with diary management and other administrative duties as required

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has gained some experience as an IFA Admin and wants to continue their knowledge within financial services. The working hours are Monday to Friday, 9am - 4:45pm. They are offering a desirable salary and benefits package.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Work within an admin role within financial services. Work within a regulated, office environment. Proven track record of working accurately within defined processes. Good numeracy and literacy skills. The ability to thrive in a challenging, fast paced environment. Willingness to learn new systems, concepts and broaden knowledge in the industry. Ability to effectively manage and priorities multiple tasks with a structured approach. Highly motivated and willing to embrace change. Good attention to detail. Strong IT skills including advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel to produce Management Information.
