Job Description

Role Responsibilities:

• Supporting budget holders to deliver on initiatives
• Supporting the delivery of Statutory returns
• Provide financial advice, analysis on budgeting, monitoring, preparation of financial accounts, and forecasts.
• Identification of process improvement and improve best practice
• Engagement with various stakeholders throughout the business

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Relevant Accounting Qualification ACA/ACCA/CIMA/CPA Public sector experience ideally within a local authority detailed and comprehensive understanding of core and commercial finance Must be able to work from home
