Job Description
This apprenticeship offers a person who has an interest in domestic abuse a real career opportunity to become a Case Worker. A normal day would include:
- Answering phone calls & emails
- Speaking with clients sensitive cases on the phone.
- Inputting new referrals onto CRM
- Updating and maintaining electronic diary
- Obtaining relevant information from police.
- Processing documents
- Any other Admin duties on the following platforms; Excel, Outlook and Word
