Job Description

This is a full time position of 40 hours, Monday to Friday 09:00am until 17:00pm.

Reporting into the Business Manager, responsibilities will include:

  • Providing a professional and front of house service, welcoming visitors and acting as a first point of contact.
  • Escalate concerns or issues as appropriate.
  • Comply with CQC fundamental standards and TLC Care Management Policy & Procedures.

Experience:

  • medical office: 1 year (Preferred)

Administrative Duties:

  • Scheduling
  • Carrying out requests from management as needed
  • Answering emails and sorting post
  • Answering phone calls and transferring them as necessary
  • Greeting and welcoming visitors

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Customer service NVQ2 is desirable but not essential. Previous experience of working in an office environment. Understanding of confidentiality and data protection within a care setting. Health & safety in the workplace.Basic computer knowledge. Well organized with good planning skills. Presentable, approachable and with a friendly personality. Able to work individually and as part of a team.
