Duties will include:

· Supporting the Business Administrator with completing all tasks below

· Greet and welcome visitors to the office, ensuring they sign

In the visitor’s book and informing the relevant member of staff of their arrival.

· Monitor and ensure that the reception area is kept tidy and projects a business-like

Image.

· Keep a record of staff and visitors signing in and out of the building.

· Getting the training room ready for staff training and meetings

· Taking phone calls and messages.

· Updating and reordering of stock and keeping stock room tidy.

· First aid - stock control

· PPE Stock control

· Scanning/ photocopying

· Service user expenditures checks – to be checked and signed over to manager

· Making and keeping a stock of new staff/ service user files

· Producing and Issuing Employee ID badges

· Fire safety checks- Alarms to be tested weekly, fire drill to be completed 3 monthly and recorded

· Keeping the kitchen tidy.

· Services basic files- index and photocopy blank paperwork that is needed.

· Ensuring office supplies are stocked up (Including essentials such as tea, coffee, milk, biscuits as well as cleaning products for the cleaner)

· Ensuring all printers/ lights and additional electrical items are switched off before finishing shift. (Highly Important)

· Admin office to be kept clear and clean at all times. Admin workers should limit access to any visitors due to confidential information.

· No confidential information/documents to be left on desk/on show. If leaving the room, the computer monitor is to be switched off.

Your hours of work will be Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm.

Paid Holidays including Bank Holidays.

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Education:

  • GCSE or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Business administration: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

  • Driver's License (Preferred)

Administrative Duties:

  • Carrying out requests from management as needed
  • Answering phone calls and transferring them as necessary
  • Greeting and welcoming visitors

Good customer service skills. · Willingness to Learn. · Good written and oral communication skills · Good organizational skills.. · Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. · Good organization skills. · Good time management skills.
