Your new role
You'll have your own portfolio of clients, you'll be expected to complete some of the compliance work yourself and also manage the workload of Juniors and then review their work to ensure everything is completed in a timely manner. There will be a large amount of client advisory work, one of the great things about this firm is they offer a wider range of services than most practices which gives you the chance to mix things up quite a bit.
